Cityplace Dental Group in Winnipeg is seeking a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, explain treatment plans, costs, and financing options. You will coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and support the dental team to ensure smooth scheduling and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is required.
• Knowledge of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients.
• Experience with dental software programs is required.
• Strong customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options.
• Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team.
• Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans.
• Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
• Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions.
