Job summary

The Erb Group is seeking a Customs Coordinator to manage ACE/ACI manifests for drivers and provide support to dispatchers. Responsibilities include setting up Prior Notice, maintaining BorderConnect data, and communicating with customers and brokers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced logistics environment. The position requires experience with MS Office and AS400, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Intermediate experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. geography is an asset.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create ACE/ACI manifests for drivers and set up Prior Notice.
• Fax Prior Notice to Customs broker and confirm Prior Notice.
• Check inbound PARS and PAPS in system.
• Create and fix ACE/ACI using BorderConnect and send copies to drivers.
• Update and locate information on BorderConnect for drivers.
• Provide general support for dispatchers with drivers’ paperwork for ACI/ACE.
• Maintain ACE/ACI fax list and contacts; update monthly.
• Assist dispatch calls from customers and drivers; respond to inquiries.
