Job summary

The Erb Group in Mississauga is seeking a Customs Coordinator to create ACE/ACI manifests for drivers and provide support to dispatchers. You will manage Prior Notice, update BorderConnect, and liaise with customs brokers to resolve delays.

Responsibilities include maintaining broker lists, following up on paperwork, and ensuring accurate driver documentation. Strong MS Office and AS400 skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiently.
• AS400 experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication both with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Create ACE/ACI manifests and set up Prior Notice for drivers.
• Update and locate information on BorderConnect for drivers.
• Provide dispatch support with drivers’ paperwork for ACE/ACI.
• Contact customers and drivers regarding delays or missing paperwork.
• Maintain master lists of customs brokers, fax numbers and contacts.
• Assist dispatchers with driver-related paperwork and follow-ups.
