Job summary

RS Breakers & Controls, based in Mississauga, is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional for a full-time, on-site role. You will manage invoices, follow up on collections, and coordinate with sales and operations to resolve discrepancies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years AR experience, strong communication, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel. This position reports to the President/Owner and supports month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer invoices; ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices through phone calls, emails, and letters.
• Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with customers.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Record payments and update account records in the accounting system.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams on credit and collection issues.
• Assist with credit applications and maintain customer credit files.
• Generate AR reports and analytics for management review.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices and account status.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

The Position:

This is a full-time sales position based at our location in Mississauga, ON.

Key Responsibilities
