About Us:

Q2 Artificial Lift Services (ALS) has 40+ repair and service facilities located across the Canada and the U.S. Our service locations are supported by a world-class manufacturing operation (API & ISO Certified), plus a highly skilled engineering and optimization group. Q2 ALS manufactures high quality individual pump parts in the Oil and Gas Industry. We offer a complete product line of barrels, plungers, fittings, accessories and heat treated tubing needed for downhole pump installations.

Basic Employee Responsibilities

Every Q2 Artificial Lift Services employee is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner.

Working closely with a team of Accounts Receivable professionals, the Accounts Receivable Administrator will apply their subject expertise in Accounts Receivable to ensure Q2’s high volume of customer invoices are recorded and payment is received timely and accurately. They will leverage their interpersonal skills to communicate promptly with external customers in reconciling accounts and providing updates. Working closely with internal stakeholders, they will ensure seamless processing, of customer payments and on-going maintenance of customer accounts.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

  • Leading by example by following established Quality and Health and Safety policies & procedures.

  • Being responsible and ethical.

Position Specific Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of daily invoicing
  • Reconcile customer remittances and post payments daily
  • Submitting invoices into customer portals and third-party online platforms
  • Reviewing customer accounts and reconciling outstanding amounts with customers

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Business Administration diploma or equivalent would be an asset
  • Experience in a similar role or an accounting environment would be an asset
  • Familiarity with ERP systems would be an asset
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating politely and professionally with external customers and internal stakeholders
  • Must be comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to process large volumes of data entry
  • Self-driven and proven initiative to problem-solve
