Job summary

Galvanisation Québec is hiring an Accounts Payable Technician for its Kirkland, QC head office to join a compact finance team and manage the full accounts payable cycle. The role reports to the Controller and offers immediate start with permanent, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bilingualism in French and English is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar Accounts Payable role.
• A degree in accounting or administration is an asset.
• Experience with Sage 300 ERP, Salesforce, SAP Concur and MS Office is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounts payable cycle, including opening accounts, receiving PO, processing invoices and expenses, and making supplier payments.
• Maintain supplier records, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies.
• Obtain necessary approvals before finalizing payments.
• Reconcile supplier balances with the general ledger.
• Serve as the point of contact for supplier inquiries with professional and timely support.
• Participate in audits and additional finance department projects.
