Responsibilities

• Manage full accounts payable cycle: opening AP accounts, processing invoices and expenses, and making supplier payments.
• Maintain supplier records, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies.
• Obtain approvals from relevant departments before payments.
• Reconcile supplier balances with the general ledger.
• Serve as the point of contact for supplier inquiries with timely support.
• Participate in audits and other finance projects.

What You Will Do

• The complete Accounts Payable cycle: Opening new accounts payable, receiving purchase orders, processing all employee invoices and expense reports, and making payments to suppliers.
• Maintaining supplier records, reconciling supplier statements with the accounting system, and resolving discrepancies.
• Obtain the necessary approvals from the relevant departments before finalizing payments.
• Reconcile supplier balances with the general ledger.
• Serve as the point of contact for supplier inquiries by providing professional and timely support.
• Participate in audits and additional tasks/projects requested by the finance department.

What You Bring

• Bilingualism (French and English): Fluency in both languages is essential.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
• Education: A degree in accounting or administration is an asset.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency experience with Sage 300 ERP, Salesforce, SAP Concur, and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is an asset.
