Job summary

ML6 Search + Talent Advisory partners with a well-established Ontario food and beverage manufacturer to recruit an Accounts Payable Specialist. You will own the P2P cycle in NetSuite, ensure accurate coding, timely payments, and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Manufacturing or food & beverage environment experience preferred.
• GST/HST knowledge and USD processing experience.
• Three-way matching and AP-to-GL reconciliation experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter supplier invoices into NetSuite with accurate coding.
• Set up and maintain vendor records and verify EFT banking details.
• Handle GST/HST input credits and USD invoices.
• Prepare weekly payment runs and issue payments via EFT, cheque, wire, or card.
• Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcilie AP subledger to GL and produce AP aging reports.
