Vaco in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage the full cycle of AP activities. You will handle invoice receipt, coding, approvals, payments, and month-end reconciliations in a high-volume environment.

Candidates should have 2+ years of full cycle AP experience, strong Excel skills, and NetSuite familiarity. On-site role with competitive benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle AP experience.
• Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Experience with high-volume processing.
• NetSuite experience.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices through the full accounts payable cycle, including receipt, coding, matching, approvals, and payment.
• Review invoices to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies.
• Process high volumes of invoices while meeting established deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and work with internal departments to resolve outstanding issues.
• Prepare payment runs and maintain accurate vendor records.
• Support month-end activities and perform account reconciliations.
• Follow internal controls, policies, and compliance requirements.
