A leading recruitment firm is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor for a well-established healthcare organization in downtown Toronto. This leadership role involves overseeing the full accounts payable cycle, supervising a team, and ensuring compliance and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of experience in accounts payable, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and a degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance. • Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

This is a leadership role for someone ready to fully own and strengthen the AP function in a multi-entity environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and oversee the full AP cycle in NetSuite
• Supervise and mentor AP team members
• Review invoice coding, approvals, and payment processing
• Oversee vendor reconciliations and aging reports
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance
• Manage escalations and vendor relationships professionally
• Support month‑end close and accrual preparation
• Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies
• Protect the organization from financial and operational risk

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7+ years of progressive AP experience
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
