Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Teams
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to accounting systems and software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and confident when communicating with vendors and internal departments
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices
• Send invoices through the appropriate approval and processing workflow
• Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with account reconciliation
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and balance payables with the general ledger
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports
• Maintain inventory files and accounting filing systems
• Set up new suppliers and verify required banking information
• Troubleshoot and resolve invoice discrepancies and processing issues
• Create purchase requisitions for monthly tooling requirements
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
