Job summary

Flair Airlines is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our on-site Edmonton or Calgary office. You will process and reconcile invoices, manage vendor payments, and support month-end close with strong financial controls.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AP experience, proficiency in NetSuite and Excel, and a solid understanding of accounts payable workflows. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience processing and reconciling vendor invoices and payments.
• Experience supporting month-end accounts payable activities and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable inbox, review and process invoices promptly.
• Code and enter invoices into NetSuite per approval workflows and controls.
• Process vendor payments accurately within terms.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close activities for accounts payable.
