Transportation Investment Corporation in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Finance professional to manage payments to contractors and vendors, ensuring accurate processing of monthly payment applications, including cash allowances and utilities. You will liaise with field teams and subcontractors, resolve payment issues, and support cost controls and reporting.

A BA in accounting/finance and 3+ years' experience, Excel proficiency and Oracle E-Business Suite experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent with at least three years' experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite for financial processing.
• Knowledge of asset management, contract administration, procurement, and records management.
• Financial management experience including budgeting, reporting, and policy analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Process monthly payment applications from project Contractors and ensure timely validation.
• Coordinate with field teams, contractors, and subcontractors to determine monthly payments.
• Resolve payment issues between contractors and TI Corp and escalate when needed.
• Support best-practice development using TI Corp project experience.
• Provide cost data from monthly valuations to enable analysis and reporting.
• Expedite monthly deliverables to the Province and confirm financial performance.
• Attend commercial and construction meetings and contribute to reports.
• Undertake other project-related commercial and financial tasks.
