Responsibilities

• Accurately record invoices to allocate expenses to jobs, accounts, and profit centers.
• Investigate unusual or questionable invoice items or prices.
• Assist in vendor payments by monitoring discounts, scheduling payments, and resolving discrepancies.
• Correspond with vendors to resolve discrepancies and obtain invoices as needed.
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
