Job summary

Battlefield Equipment Rentals is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a contract role in Stoney Creek, ON. The position focuses on processing vendor invoices and payments within the accounting department and requires attention to detail and strong teamwork.

You will handle full cycle accounts payable, liaise with vendors and internal teams, and support process improvements. Fluent English is required; French is a plus. The role offers an eight-month contract with $25.00 hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge required.
• Business or accounting diploma is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• French language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approvals.
• Process accounts payable batches and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate vendor coding and documentation.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding AP.
• Support other departments as needed and manage full AP cycle.
