Wyse Meter Solutions Inc. in Vaughan, Canada, is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to support AP, AR and treasury tasks within a collaborative accounting team.

The role handles vendor invoices, reconciliations, invoicing, cash reconciliation and reporting, requiring 0–2 years accounting experience, a university degree, and strong Excel/Outlook skills; Dynamics GP preferred. This position is full-time and onsite in Vaughan.

Competenze

• 0–2 years of work experience in accounts payable/receivable or general accounting
• University degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Good knowledge of accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP is preferred
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and teamwork
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to present analysis and findings in writing and verbally
• Demonstrated initiative and proactive mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various business teams

Mansioni

• Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments.
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger balances with vendor records.
• Process remittance payments and related reports.
• Process cheque and EFT payments.
• Support reporting for AP and Treasury functions.
• Prepare and post sales invoices into accounting system.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and banking report processing.
• Collaborate on ad-hoc tasks and project work.
