Vision Transportation is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our accounting team. This permanent, full-time in-office role runs Monday to Friday with an 8-hour shift, located in Mississauga.

You will verify vendor payments and manage AP tasks, ensuring accurate invoicing for safety and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of related experience, with TruckMate (TMW) exposure and knowledge of the transportation sector.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of related experience in a similar role.
• TruckMate (TMW) experience preferred.
• Exposure to the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Verify vendor payments and process related invoices.
• Handle invoices for safety and maintenance of the business.
• Respond to and initiate AP-related email correspondence.
• Collect information to set up new vendor profiles.
