Job summary

Vision Transportation is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our accounting team. This permanent, full-time in-office role runs Monday to Friday with an 8-hour shift, located in Mississauga.

You will verify vendor payments and manage AP tasks, ensuring accurate invoicing for safety and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of related experience, with TruckMate (TMW) exposure and knowledge of the transportation sector.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of related experience in a similar role.
• TruckMate (TMW) experience preferred.
• Exposure to the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Verify vendor payments and process related invoices.

Job Description

We currently have an opening for an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR position to join our accounting team.

This is a Permanent, Full-Time Position, In-Office, Monday to Friday, Regular 8 Hour Shift.

Responsibilities include; verifying vendor payments, processing all invoices related to safety and maintenance of the business, responding to and initiating any AP related email correspondence, and collecting required information to set up new vendor profiles.
