Innovasea is seeking a full-time AP/AR Associate to support our North American finance operations. You will ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time, maintain digital financial records, and collaborate with global AP/AR teams.

The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently under deadlines while maintaining a collaborative team approach. This is a great opportunity to contribute to sustainable aquatic solutions.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent experience in finance, accounting or business.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Word.
• Ability to work independently under deadlines with high accuracy.
• Team player able to interact with all levels of staff.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily reconciliation of bank activities.
• Process supplier invoices with POs and receiving docs; communicate discrepancies.
• Facilitate efficient invoice approval process.
