Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounting experience in AP
• Hands-on AP processing in a high-volume environment
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with NetSuite and SAP Concur preferred
• Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, payment requests, and employee expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Generate payment runs and support period-end requirements
• Review supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors
• Prepare general ledger accruals, reconciliations, and audit working papers
• Assist with forecasting variances and maintain accurate accounting records
