Job summary

KLOTH STUDIO in Toronto is looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to lead the sales team and establish strategic planning for new product lines. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing sales operations.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales and effective communication skills, willing to work on-site without remote options.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
  • Provide customer service
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services.
  • Plan, direct and monitor activities of sales department
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Conduct research on market conditions in local, regional or national areas
  • Participate in contract negotiations
