Job summary

Tong Ngo Engineering & Associates Ltd. is seeking an organized on-site Administrative Assistant to join a consulting firm in the Surrey urban area. You will compile data, prepare documents, coordinate policies, and support meetings.

The role requires 1 year of experience, a college diploma, and strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This position involves general office tasks, travel arrangements, invoicing and contract administration.

Qualifications

  • Meet with individuals and groups to discuss issues and advise on actions
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Arrange travel, itineraries and reservations
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos and administer contracts
  • Type and proofread correspondence and documents
