PROLINK is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Professional Associations and Affinity Groups department!

In this role, you'll provide tailored advice and support to clients across Canada—many of whom are leaders in their fields—ensuring they feel confident and protected with the insurance coverage they choose. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to deepen client relationships, upsell or cross-sell products, and contribute to company growth.

What You Bring:

  • RIBO license
  • 2–7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Underwriting
  • Knowledge of Professional Liability, CGL, or Group Insurance is a plus
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and client service skills
  • A positive, empathetic, and collaborative mindset
