Your Role :

• Manage a book of business, providing exceptional service to clients
• Handle policy changes, renewals, and coverage inquiries
• Educate clients on their insurance options and ensure they have the best coverage for their needs
• Work closely with underwriters and insurance partners to secure optimal solutions for clients
• Maintain accurate records and stay up to date with industry changes

What We’re Looking For :

• RIBO Licensed (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Tech-savvy with experience in brokerage management systems
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
