Execution of Insertion Orders and legal documents – working with our legal and sales team to draft and create IOs.
Setting up new offers into our in-house tracking platform – gathering offer assets, creatives, and information from clients and uploading the necessary details into our platform, working with clients to ensure proper tracking.
Increasing revenue and customers by prospecting new accounts, maintaining and enhancing relationships with current accounts, and motivating inactive accounts to begin marketing campaigns.
Reacting quickly and working with the appropriate persons when an issue occurs with an account or campaign.
Establishing payouts competitive with the market in relation to the volume the accounts can produce.
Offering excellent account support through phone communication, emails, and instant messaging.
Developing marketing messages, static pages, and collaborating with in-house web designers to prepare ad creatives.
Optimizing campaigns, making changes to landing pages, and suggesting how an offer can generate the most revenue, working with clients and our internal team to implement changes.
Using Microsoft Office programs to generate account reports, revenue reports, and documents.
Compiling statistics and recommending campaigns for specific accounts.
Billing clients on a weekly, semi-weekly, and monthly basis – tracking and recording all sales, credits, and chargebacks.
Reconciling regularly with the accounting and finance departments for all accounts.
Following up on payments, ensuring payments are received, and taking action on overdue accounts.

Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay updated with current marketing trends.
One to two years of account management experience.
Experience in affiliate marketing or campaign management is preferred.
Knowledge of media, advertising, marketing, or digital buying, planning, and strategy is a plus.
