Drayden Insurance Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team across multiple locations. The role focuses on assisting clients with daily insurance needs, managing renewals, and building strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a General Insurance License Level 2 (or pursuing it), 3+ years of insurance experience, and a high school diploma. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• General Insurance License Level 2 or currently pursuing.
• 3+ years of insurance-related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Drive and motivation for personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily insurance needs in person or through technology.
• Follow renewal process and prepare documents for strategy meetings.
• Update statements of values and equipment lists; participate in strategy agendas.
• Make timely renewal calls for existing client business.
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve issues and collect payments.
• Upsell products and services to new and existing clients.
• Generate client referrals through community involvement and events.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and relationships with insurance providers.

What You Will Do:

• Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology
• Follow renewal process, ready documents for Strategy meetings
• Strategy agenda, update Statement of Values, equipment lists, summaries of insurance
• Make timely renewal callsas required for existing client business
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters, including collecting payments
• Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients
• Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
• Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
• Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education
• Provide advice to clients on insurance matters, products, and coverages

What You Bring to the Team:

• General Insurance License Level 2, or currently pursuing
