Job summary

Drayden Insurance in Westlock, Alberta seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager to build lasting client relationships, develop accounts, and drive new sales while delivering excellent service.

You will assist clients with daily insurance needs, provide quotes, and stay up-to-date on product knowledge through internal training and industry education. A General Insurance License 1 or willingness to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• General Insurance License Level 1 required or willingness to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Drive and motivation for personal growth.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily insurance needs in person or via technology.
• Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients.
• Upsell products and services to new and existing clients.
• Generate client referrals through community involvement and events.
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters.
• Make timely renewal calls for existing client business.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and maintain relationships with insurance providers.
• Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education.
• Develop extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans.

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you are responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with our clients by helping to protect what matters most to them through account development and new sales.
