Qualifications

• 2-5 years of staffing industry experience.
• Experience in Finance & Accounting, HR, Admin, Sales, Corporate Services, or related fields.
• Sourcing or head-hunting proficiency.
• Strong client relationships and communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Hybrid work: 3 days in Toronto office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source office professionals from junior to senior levels.
• Prospect and build business relationships with clients.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess profiles.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipeline through sourcing and market research.
• Keep detailed records of candidate and client activity.
• Support team performance and growth initiatives.
