Drake International is expanding and seeks experienced end-to-end permanent placement recruiters to join our Canada-wide team. You will own the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development through closing, building direct client relationships and a trusted advisory role with candidates.

Qualifications

• Permanent placement / executive search recruitment experience.
• Experience running a full 360 recruitment desk, from business development through close.
• A history of prospecting, negotiating, and closing business with multi-level contacts.
• Sharp customer service and negotiation instincts, with a real sense of urgency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate a consistent pipeline of new job orders across your vertical/territory.
• Own the full 360 cycle: business development, sourcing, interview management, and closing.
• Build direct, proactive relationships with clients, existing accounts and new business.
• Become a trusted advisor to clients and candidates in your space.
• Stay close to market hiring trends and translate insights into new business.
