About the Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take part in the office team division at Fuze HR Solutions, you will play a key role in sourcing and recruiting talents, developing client relationships, and delivering effective recruitment solutions across the professional, administrative support, executive search and finance & accounting sectors. Based in Toronto, you will be responsible for recruiting talents and generating new business opportunities and building strong candidate pipeline and relationships with candidates in areas such as administration, clerical support, customer service, human resources, finance, and other professional office-based functions. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a wide variety of organizations across the province of Ontario while contributing to the success of candidates looking to advance their careers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source office professionals, filling roles ranging from junior positions to senior executive
• Prospect and build business relationships with clients in this sector
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess acumen, and skill-market high-potential profiles for current and future hiring needs
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, market research, and consistent relationship management
• Keep detailed records of candidate and client activity, ensuring accurate tracking of recruitment efforts and placements
• Support overall team performance by contributing to recruitment strategy, client service, and division growth initiatives

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a proven ability to build and grow client relationships
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Sales, Corporate Services, or related fields.
• Sourcing/head-hunting experience using various strategies such as social networks, research, and personal network
• Strong customer orientation with ability to communicate with candidates and business leaders at all levels
• Strong computer and administrative skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office.
• Personable, energetic, and positive, with a "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to follow our hybrid setup: 3 days a week in our Toronto office

Pay range and compensation package
