Job summary

Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide efficient and courteous guest service and operate according to established policies and standards. You will handle check-in and check-out and respond to guest needs with professionalism.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a full-service hotel, strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-service hotel.
• Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with Micros OPERA PMS is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work a 24/7 operation and flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, courteous service to guests at the front desk.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Address guest inquiries and coordinate with other departments to fulfill requests.
• Maintain professional conduct during busy periods and be calm under pressure.
