Canmore Downtown Hostel is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing friendly service, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will answer inquiries, take reservations, handle guest requests promptly, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. A welcoming atmosphere and reliable administrative support are essential to keep guests
