Developmental Disabilities Association (DDA) in Vancouver, BC is hiring a Community Support Worker to help adults with disabilities develop life skills across social, emotional, physical, vocational, recreational, and daily living areas.
You will support individualized service plans, lead person-centered programs, and facilitate activities on-site and in the community, with a schedule Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 15:00, 37.5 hours weekly.

CSWs play an essential role in helping participants build vital life skills—social, emotional, physical, vocational, recreational, and daily living—while supporting them to thrive through meaningful onsite and community-based opportunities.
The Community Support Worker (CSW) assists adult clients with their social, emotional, physical, vocational, recreational and daily life skill development. The CSW supports clients to achieve their greatest degree of independence in environments of their choice through participation in onsite and community opportunities. Duties include; participation in the development of individual client service plans & the opportunity to plan and lead programming while assisting with activities of daily living.
