Nurse Next Door in Ontario is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support under the Happier Aging philosophy. You will follow care plans, ensure safety, and build trusting relationships with clients in their own homes.

This role offers a flexible schedule, 30+ hours a week potential, and access to 24/7 support and benefits. English communication is required, and a PSW certificate is preferred; valid driver’s license and ability to work in Canada are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Proof of PSW Certificate (or equivalent).
• Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check.
• Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position.

Responsabilités

• Dementia client needing redirecting and assistance for personal care.
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
• Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description.
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Able to service in the Cornwall area.
