Zusammenfassung

Nurse Next Door in Canada is seeking caring caregivers to provide in-home support in the Niagara Falls, St. Catherines, Welland area. You will help clients with daily routines and build meaningful relationships through Happier Aging.

The role involves meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship and personal care, following the client care plan, and ensuring safety and proper use of equipment. Requirements: 1–2 years caregiving experience, fluent English, proof of health care

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of caregiving experience.
• Must communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Health care certification required.
• Current TB screen and criminal record check.

Aufgaben

• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or companionship and personal care.
• Execute on the client's care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
• Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description.
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Service the Niagara Falls, St. Catherines, Welland area.
• Looking for all visit times (Mornings, Afternoons, evenings, nights) weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities And Duties

Requirements

• 1-2 year previous caregiving experience
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset.
• Proof of Health Care Certification
• Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
• Must be able to legally work in Canada to apply for this position
• Valid driver's license is required, vehicle will be an asset.
