Job summary

Nurse Next Door Home Care Services in Cornwall, Ontario is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home and champion Happier Aging for clients and families alike.

Flexible schedule (Casual or Full‑Time) with 24/7 support and private client care, in-home services, and a people-first culture. Compensation is per hour, with benefits for 30+ hours per week and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Must communicate verbally and in writing in English
• PSW Certificate (or equivalent)
• TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
• Must be able to legally work in Canada
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Dementia client needing redirecting and assistance for personal care
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
• Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Able to service in the Cornwall area
