Port Hardy Secondary School, Port Hardy, BC invites applications for a 0.57 FTE Temporary Counselling position commencing ASAP to June 30, 2027 or return of the incumbent.
The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in counselling, have recent secondary‑level counselling experience, be familiar with the BC Graduation Program, and demonstrate the ability to embed Kwakw a k a 'wakw Indigenous culture and RTI‑based supports.

The starting annual salary for a full-time School Teacher position ranges from $71,425 to $119,497, with placement in the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement. The Remote Recruitment and Retention allowance is available for SD85 teachers payable at $3,500 over ten months.
