Senior Data Analyst
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Day-to-day Operations Execution: Execute the data operations and data quality process. May include testing, error handling, data conversion and/or validation, and audit/compliance actions. Tactically focus on business outcomes. Execute the implementation of tools and processes that maximize data operations execution. Contribute to the completion of projects and departmental goals.
- Day-to-day Governance: Contribute to the preparation of metrics, dashboards, and tracking to facilitate efficient Data Operations department operations. Participate in, operational and governance meetings. Support the deployment of the Data Management Framework (Governance Maturity Roadmap).
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Continuously contribute to the identification of process and technology improvement opportunities from an end-to-end perspective. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation for areas of responsibility; for example, these may be Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), protocols, data quality catalogues, and other policy and procedure documents. Deliver training to educate stakeholders on documented procedures, data flows, etc.
- Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders on tactical matters. Provide tactical direction to third party team(s) and function as point of escalation. Execute knowledge transfer to third party team(s).
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.

- Basic business and/or technical knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain data elements, process, and organizational support models
- Supply chain experience, preferably in master data, operations, or cross-functional business environment
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills demonstrated by leveraging available tools and capabilities (e.g. AI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word…)
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple stakeholders, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes
- Ability to contribute to a diverse, multicultural and partially remote team
- Ability to work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist
This position may require an average of 10 – 25% travel domestically and internationally.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS
- Experience working with SAP and/or JDE and mass upload tools such as Winshuttle
- Understanding of Data Quality principles
- Experience in collaborating with third-party suppliers
- Must follow applicable local regulations & Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices, includes but not limited to location of role.
- May be required to interact at functional level with 3rd Party software vendors.
