A dynamic DTC brand in Brazil is searching for a Growth Strategist to lead its home & garden growth initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and refining a comprehensive growth strategy, utilizing data insights to drive profitable revenue and execute performance marketing plans. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in DTC ecommerce and a proven success in achieving revenue goals through analytical decision-making. This role offers competitive salary and is fully remote, providing flexibility to manage your work hours.
