• Lead the design, execution, and dissemination of high-impact research initiatives on financial health topics
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of research projects, ensuring quality and timeliness

• Supervise and mentor research staff, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
• Cultivate relationships with funders and partners to support research funding and project execution

• 10+ years of professional experience in industry, nonprofit, and/or academic settings with a focus on research leadership
• Demonstrated expertise in financial health and well-being or related subjects
• Proven methodological expertise in survey design, quantitative and qualitative research, or program evaluation
• Proficiency in at least one statistical or programming language; Stata or R preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences

• Experience in data governance and working with large datasets, particularly administrative data
• Successful track record in research fundraising and business development
• Familiarity with grant-writing and the contract proposal process
• Commitment to equity-by-design principles in research practices
