Compensation ranges from $151,800 to $211,000, with additional benefits like fully remote work and professional development opportunities.
The Head of Growth is a dynamic leader responsible for driving and scaling all aspects of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to client retention and expansion. This is a hands-on role that requires a leader who can operate at a strategic level while directly contributing to revenue through their own sales efforts, regardless of deal size. Reporting to the CEO, this individual will build a high-performing team and a scalable sales engine, using data and compelling storytelling to maximize revenue from both new and existing clients.
