Sobre a Função

Você será a pessoa de referência para solucionar problemas dos usuários, lidando com questões de hardware, software, rede e periféricos utilizando tecnologia de ponta. Mergulhe na análise de sistemas e na solução de problemas enquanto capacita os usuários por meio de treinamento. Você guiará os usuários na compreensão de relatórios e capacidades de SI, desempenhando um papel fundamental na manutenção da reputação do departamento. Esta função se concentra na excelência do service desk, coordenação contínua de tickets, liderança de processos, controle de inventário e participação ativa em projetos.

Trabalhar com usuários finais no suporte de desktop e na implementação de hardware e software

Demonstrar um alto nível de atendimento ao cliente e profissionalismo

Resolver problemas individualmente ou em conjunto com outros funcionários e recursos de SI de maneira oportuna e eficaz

Comunicar-se com colegas, outros funcionários de SI, gerência de SI, gerentes de grupos de negócios e outros funcionários em suporte aos usuários finais e à infraestrutura de SI corporativa

Demonstrar e utilizar excelentes habilidades de solução de problemas para todo o hardware usado no suporte à comunidade de usuários de computador da Platform Science, com foco específico em Dell, Apple e vários telefones e tablets

Experiência

  • Mínimo de 1-2 anos de experiência em uma função de help desk, idealmente em um ambiente corporativo local
  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita e organização.
  • Habilidades para configurar, operar e solucionar problemas de uma ampla variedade de equipamentos e sistemas.
  • Experiência com Windows, macOS, Linux, dispositivos móveis, tablets, impressoras, equipamentos de sala de conferência e solução de problemas básicos de rede
  • Experiência com o Google Workspace para colaboração empresarial é um diferencial
  • Certificações de TI, como ITIL, CompTIA A+, etc., são preferíveis
  • Inglês avançado/fluente: escrito e verbal.
  • Trabalhar presencial em Londrina

About the Role

You'll be the go-to problem solver for users, tackling hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues using state-of-the-art technology. Dive into systems analysis and troubleshooting while empowering users through training. You'll guide users in understanding IS reports and capabilities, playing a pivotal role in maintaining departmental reputation. This role focuses on service desk excellence, seamless ticket coordination, process leadership, inventory finesse, and active project involvement.

Work with end users on desktop support and deployment of hardware and software

Display a high-level of customer service and professionalism

Resolve issues individually or in conjunction with other IS staff and resources in a timely and effective manner

Communicate with peers, other IS staff, IS management, business group managers, and other employees in support of end users and the corporate IS infrastructure

Demonstrate and utilize excellent troubleshooting skills for all hardware used in support of

Platform Science’s computer user community, with a specific focus on Dell, Apple, and various mobile phones and tablets

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a help desk role ideally in an on-site corporate setting
  • Strong verbal and written communications and organization skills.
  • Skills to set up, operate, and troubleshoot a wide variety of equipment and systems.
  • Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, tablets, printers, conference room equipment and basic network troubleshooting
  • Experience with Google Workspace for enterprise collaboration is a plus
  • IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, etc are preferred
  • advanced/fluent english - writing and speaking
  • In office required in Londrina (Brazil)
