YOUR ROLE

• Implement global processes, including full execution and monitoring of all supplier grievances and claims, and ensure effectiveness;
  
• Conduct supplier assessment and ensure corrective actions are in place;
  
• Establish development plans for key suppliers;
  
• Support the approval process for new suppliers;
  
• Carry out audits according to the annual plan and ensure the execution and monitoring for the closure of action plans;
  
• Ensure the effective implementation of the Supplier Change Control process;
  
• Prepare monthly reports and regular reviews with regional and global stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS

• Degree in chemistry, engineering or quality related graduation;
  
• Experience in ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards;
  
• Core tools knowledge desired (PPAP, APQP, MSA, CEP and FMEA);
  
• Experience in internal and external audits using process approach;
  
• Negotiation and conciliation skills;
  
• Advanced English;
  
• Basic Spanish is desired.
