The Opportunity

The CX Training team's objective is to ensure that our CX frontline teams are prepared with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to provide the best service to our customers. As the CX Onboarding Coordinator, your mission is to guarantee new hires have the best possible entry experience and are ready to start our customer support.

You will serve as the leader for all onboarding initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to guarantee training success and continuously improving our programs through data-driven insights and innovative practices.

Your Impact
  • Onboarding Program Management: Oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle, from offer acceptance through the first months on the job. Ensure a seamless onboarding with valuable content, material preparation, and logistics.
  • Training Delivery and Quality Assurance: Lead and manage the daily execution of training sessions, ensuring content and delivery meet quality benchmarks. Accountable for overall performance and quality of knowledge transfer by your team.
  • Talent Development: Serve as a leader and mentor for the Training Analysts, focusing on holistic professional growth, daily activities, best practices, and long-term development plans.
  • CX Leadership: Primary point of contact for CX leadership on new hire discussions. Collaborate to ensure alignment and successful delivery of global onboarding training programs with internal and BPO stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Quality, Process, and other CX support teams to align onboarding content and training with company standards and updates.
  • Strategic Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present high-level reports to stakeholders and senior leadership. Measure onboarding effectiveness via new hire performance, engagement metrics, and LMS feedback to identify gaps and drive improvement.
  • AI and Innovation Initiatives: Lead efforts to integrate new technologies, including AI, to create scalable, personalized, and efficient onboarding.
  • Live the Mission: Inspire and empower others by prioritizing wellbeing and fostering a supportive environment where colleagues can take care of themselves and maintain work-life wellness.
Who You Are
  • A natural collaborator with at least two years of experience in training, valuing a team-oriented approach.
  • A strong communicator in Portuguese and English, able to present to diverse audiences.
  • A strategic problem-solver with knowledge of adult learning methodologies.
  • A motivated self-starter who can work independently to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Experience in Customer Support and BPOs, eager to apply frontline knowledge to training initiatives.
  • Proficient with Google Suite or Microsoft Office; eager to embrace new technologies, data analysis tools, and AI platforms.
