Qualificações

DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA

We are hiring an IT Data and Reporting Analyst to join a multinational company recognized as a leader in the industrial sealing solutions sector. The professional will have daily interaction in English with international teams and will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a reporting tool integrated with the JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system, as well as providing ongoing support to business users. It is essential to have knowledge of JDE and proficiency in SQL, with an analytical profile and the ability to transform data into insights to support strategic decision-making.

REQUISITOS DA VAGA

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related technology fields;
• Advanced/Fluent English (reading, writing, and communication);
• Experience in report development with Hubble / ReportsNow / Power BI;
• Functional knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1);
• Proficiency in SQL (data analysis, troubleshooting, queries, etc.);
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the project team to implement a reporting tool connected to the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and business continuity;
• Validate, rebuild, and optimize reports during and after the migration process;
• Design and develop new reports, dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations to meet evolving business needs;
• Provide ongoing support to business users, assisting with report creation, interpretation, and troubleshooting;
• Act as a subject matter expert for data and reporting within the Run and Maintain team;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver effective solutions;
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate routine tasks;
• Maintain data quality, security, and compliance with company standards;
• Document processes, report specifications, and user guides as required;
• Create documentation to assist business users with recurring issues (KBA Knowledge Base Articles);
• Perform administrative and other assigned tasks;
• Train end-users on system functionalities;
• Support stakeholders in understanding their requirements and addressing their needs.

• Availability for international travel;
• Experience with JIRA.
