The Opportunity
We're scaling multiple direct response affiliate offers across paid social and native traffic. This is not brand marketing. This is not theory. If you know how to turn ad spend into tracked revenue, test fast, kill losers, and scale winners, you'll fit right in. We're looking for someone who can buy traffic, read data, and move money. This role is hands‑on. You are in the ad account every day.

• Launching and scaling affiliate campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Google, native, or other paid channels
• Testing creatives, angles, hooks, and audiences aggressively
• Optimizing campaigns daily based on EPC, CPA, and ROAS
• Working with pre-landers, advertorials, and direct response funnels
• Managing budgets responsibly while pushing for scale
• Communicating results clearly and honestly

• One plus years of affiliate or performance media buying experience
• Proven results with direct response offers
• Strong understanding of tracking, pixels, and attribution
• Comfort working with volatility, testing, and fast pivots
• Ability to follow a proven process and also suggest improvements
• Solid English and clear communication
