Team Overview
  • Merchant Marketing Strategy:Develop merchant marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Evaluate merchant operations and platform profitability to optimize resource allocation, leveraging high-quality merchant supply and subsidy investments.

  • Marketing Innovation:Innovate campaign mechanics based on user demand and supply dynamics. Design targeted activities for different user segments/scenarios, integrating traffic (on/off-platform), subsidies, and marketing tools.

  • Marketing Project Management: Lead end-to-end campaign execution. Coordinate cross-functionally (Market, Product, User Ops) for implementation and post-campaign analysis. Develop replicable best practices and methodologies to empower sales teams.

  • Role Responsibilities

  • Role Qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience in merchant operations at an internet company or food delivery platform (merchant ops, campaign ops, sales management)

  • Native Portuguese proficiency required. Business fluency in English OR Chinese.

  • Excellent communication skills. Strong sense of responsibility, goal-oriented, and committed to targets. Entrepreneurial mindset and team growth commitment.
