Analista de Sistemas Pleno - Backoffice e Tesouraria - Cargill

As a Full Systems Analyst, your role will be end-to-end in the lifecycle of tickets and improvement projects, ensuring the management of solution delivery and system quality through robust testing and database and API management.

• Work on the end-to-end ticket lifecycle, from analysis to delivery, managing solutions and improvements.
• Maintain and support the Back Office, Risk, Accounts, and Treasury systems.
• Provide technical support and management to external systems and vendors such as Topaz, Sinqia, Presenta, Advice, and Exchange.
• Develop and execute test cases using Postman and SoapUI to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Perform data management via Oracle SQL and SQL Database (including SELECT, INSERT, and UPDATE), optimizing and monitoring database performance.
• Maintain and configure Internet Information Services (IIS) to support the operation of web applications and manage data traffic (Bacen) via IBM MQSeries.
• English - Intermediate / Advanced

• Experience with end-to-end ticket lifecycle, analysis to delivery, and managing solutions and improvements.
• Familiarity with Back Office, Risk, Accounts, and Treasury systems.
• Technical support and management experience with external systems and vendors (Topaz, Sinqia, Presenta, Advice, Exchange).
• Ability to develop and execute test cases using Postman and SoapUI.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and SQL Database (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE); ability to optimize and monitor performance.
• Experience configuring IIS and managing data traffic; knowledge of IBM MQSeries is a plus.
• English – Intermediate / Advanced
• Familiarity with IBM MQSeries (or messaging systems) is a plus.

• Work model: Hybrid
• Hybrid work requires one or two days per week at a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo, SP.
