Generative AI Engineer (RAG) at BairesDev

As a Generative AI Engineer specializing in RAG, you will design and implement advanced intelligent systems that seamlessly connect enterprise data with generative models. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable data ingestion and retrieval workflows that ensure model outputs are highly accurate, context-aware, and factual.

What You'll Do:

• Architect and deploy end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to power intelligent applications.
• Optimize indexing strategies, information retrieval accuracy, and semantic search capabilities.
• Integrate large-scale models with specialized databases to ensure fast and secure data accessibility.
• Implement advanced prompt engineering techniques and fine-tune system configurations for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to move AI prototypes into stable, production-ready enterprise solutions.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Proven expertise in developing Generative AI solutions and building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Proficiency in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques and semantic search technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
