BairesDev is seeking an Agentic RAG Engineer to design and deploy end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, integrating intelligent agents with sophisticated data retrieval.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed agentic capabilities into products, leveraging LLMs and vector databases for scalable knowledge retrieval. The role is fully remote with competitive USD compensation and flexible working hours.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Strong proficiency in agentic orchestration and building autonomous AI workflows.
• Deep understanding of vector databases and large language models (LLMs).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

As an Agentic RAG Engineer, you will design and develop advanced autonomous AI systems that leverage retrieval-augmented generation.
